As the founder of Hatch Coaching and Hatch Realty, Erik has built one of the most influential real estate and coaching organizations in the nation. His real estate team has sold over 8,000 homes, ranking among the top 1% of teams in the country year after year. But Erik’s true legacy isn’t in production—it’s in people.

Through his leadership, coaching, and speaking, Erik has influenced more than one million people across North America. He’s delivered hundreds of keynote presentations and taught hundreds of online courses and webinars, helping sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives elevate performance, deepen relationships, and lead with authenticity and purpose.

From keeping the day-to-day running smoothly to bringing big visions to life through memorable events, Jessica loves creating moments that matter.

With a background in marketing, she helps shape Hatch Coaching’s voice, grow its reach, and keep its message consistent across every platform.

When Jess isn’t at work, you’ll find her chasing adventures—whether that’s staying active, exploring new places, or soaking up every moment with her husband and their sweet little boy.

Amanda Halvorson

Finance Director

As Finance Manager for Hatch Coaching, Amanda Halvorson keeps the numbers in check and the operations running smoothly—though she’s happy to leave the home finances to someone else. She thrives with a long to-do list and brings a “work hard, play hard” energy to everything she does.

Outside the office, Amanda’s world revolves around the rink and field as a proud hockey, football, baseball, and soccer mom. She lives in Mapleton with her husband, their two sons, and their daughter, soaking up every bit of the busy, joy-filled season of life they’re in.

Patrick Keller

Team Leader & Agent Coach

Patrick Keller is an entrepreneur, public speaker, RealtorⓇ, coach, leader, investor, husband, father and basement Rockstar. Patrick owns and operates multiple businesses, and passionately gives back to his community through supporting non-profits, schools, and first responders. Patrick has called Indianapolis his home for his entire life. His wife Amanda, and two wonderful children love living in this community.

Right out of college, Patrick went to work as a registered nurse. It was there that he really fell in love with cultivating deep relationships and harnessed his passion for making an impact in someone’s life. After practicing real estate solo for 3 years, Patrick started his real estate team in 2017 with a dream to create a place where he could pour into people and help them create runways to reach their dreams – while serving clients with the highest quality and integrity, which allows them to reach their dreams. This team has served 1,000’s of clients, and continues to be in the top 1% of teams across the country. Every day, Patrick strives to be the best leader possible for his team, and he knows that he wouldn’t be where he was today without them. Why does PK do what he does?
